Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Outsourcify Solutions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by us, including Virtual Assistance, Web Development & Design, SEO, Digital Marketing, Google Ads management, Social Media Management, and Video Editing.

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Outsourcify Solutions provides remote, project-based and ongoing services, including:

  • Virtual Assistance (VA) – administrative, operational, and business support
  • Web Development & Design – website creation, redesign, and maintenance
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – on-page, off-page, and technical SEO services
  • Digital Marketing – strategy, campaigns, and content execution
  • Google Ads Management – campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Social Media Management – content planning, posting, and engagement
  • Video Editing – short-form and long-form content editing

The exact scope of work will be defined and agreed upon before the start of each project.

2. Pricing and Payment Structure

Hourly Services

  • Most services are billed on an hourly basis
  • Time is tracked and reported transparently
  • Clients are billed weekly or bi-weekly unless otherwise agreed

Package-Based Services

  • SEO and Web Development & Design may be offered as fixed-price packages
  • Package inclusions, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly defined before project start

Payment Terms

  • A deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins
  • All invoices must be paid within [Insert Days, e.g., 7–15 days]
  • Late payments may result in paused services or project delays

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Scope of Work and Revisions

  • Work will be delivered based on the agreed scope
  • Minor revisions are included where reasonable
  • Additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately
  • For SEO and marketing services, results are influenced by external factors and are not guaranteed

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear instructions, materials, and access (e.g., website, ad accounts, social media)
  • Respond to communications and approvals in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all provided content complies with legal and copyright requirements

Failure to provide necessary inputs may affect timelines and outcomes.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated timelines will be provided before project initiation
  • Delivery timelines depend on scope, complexity, and client responsiveness
  • Urgent or rush requests may incur additional fees

6. Advertising and Marketing Disclaimer

For Google Ads, SEO, and Digital Marketing services:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or conversions
  • Campaign performance depends on budget, competition, and market conditions
  • Clients are responsible for ad spend unless otherwise agreed

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment
  • Outsourcify Solutions retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless restricted by agreement
  • Third-party tools, themes, plugins, or assets remain subject to their respective licenses

8. Confidentiality

All client data, credentials, and business information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent, except when required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Outsourcify Solutions shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses, including revenue or profit loss
  • Performance fluctuations in SEO, ads, or social media
  • Platform-related issues (e.g., Google, Facebook algorithm changes)
  • Delays caused by third-party providers or client-side issues

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice
  • Ongoing hourly work will be billed up to the termination date
  • For packages, completed milestones are billable and non-refundable

11. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire or engage any team member or contractor of Outsourcify Solutions outside of this agreement during the engagement and for 12 months after termination, unless agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
